What the Acting President Said Over The Warring Communities In Yala L.G.A Of Cross River State.

A statement by the Acting President’s Spokesman, Mr Laolu Akande, stated that acting President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo condemned the recent communal conflict in the area, and appealed to warring communities to embrace peace to enable government to find lasting solution to the crisis. The acting President further ordered security agencies to take urgent steps to avert further breakdown of law and order as well as also directing the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) to assist the state government toward sending relief materials to affected communities.
